ANC’s service team consists of more than 200 field technicians based throughout North America that become fully integrated with the event presentation. We provide content management, event production, content scheduling, display service and maintenance, and 24/7 technical support which ensures our partners don’t have to worry about their digital media systems and only have to concentrate on their individual audiences.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT & SCHEDULING
ANC becomes an extension of its partners to review, traffic, and schedule all of their content. We provide dedicated account representatives to manage the content process. The account representative will work closely with our partners, scheduling content once the programming has been formally approved. Our account representative provides all display specifications and system features. Working in tandem with our clients, our team will schedule all of the content and provide proof-of-performance reports. ANC's proof-of-performance reports are customizable to ensure each of our clients have the specific data required for their objectives.
ANC programming services include, but is not limited to:
- Create, manage, and schedule playlists daily. Manage the content process for sponsors.
- Service includes trafficking all content.
- Upload and schedule all content.
- Monitor content remotely via web-based dashboard, including providing content/sponsor time exposure reports and proof-of-performance.
- Review and confirm content schedule is accurate with venue personnel.
- 24/7 access to ANC's tech support line for any content playback concerns.
