Position Overview
ANC is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Intern to support our team in managing and enhancing overall client satisfaction. This is a hands-on internship ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in client services, project coordination, and digital media operations.
Responsibilities
• Collect and organize Proof of Performance (POP) materials for Ad Sales clients, including:
o Nielsen data
o Zoomph analytics
o Event and venue photography
• Support the Enterprise Solutions team in the creation of client recap decks
• Input client game schedules into auditing software and Salesforce
• Enter and manage client graphic requests using the Wrike project management system
• Maintain and organize approved assets within internal databases
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently pursuing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for emails or client calls
