Your Role...

As a Senior Project Manager at ANC Sports Enterprises LLC, your role is pivotal in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various nationwide projects for the company, particularly those related to sports venue technology and advertising installations. You are responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your duties include developing detailed project plans, communicating with stakeholders, managing project risks, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additionally, you ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements, maintaining high levels of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in driving the successful implementation of projects and contributing to the overall growth and success of ANC Sports Enterprises LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate project activities and manage resources effectively

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals

• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Maintain compliance with company standards and client requirements

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients

• Ensure high levels of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Experience in a fast paced construction setting

• Extensive travel

• 3-5 years of experience managing:

— Budgets

— Timelines

— Cross-functional teams

— Stakeholder communication

• LED industry experience is a plus but not required
