ANC recently completed the integration of major display, audio, and broadcast upgrades at Orlando’s Kia Center, elevating the venue into one of the most technologically advanced arenas in professional sports. With AJP serving as the technology consultant to the City of Orlando, ANC led installation of the new display and audio systems. The team worked closely with NBA’s Orlando Magic and corresponding arena operations to ensure the completion of the upgrades and uninterrupted event schedules.

At the heart of the transformation is a new center-hung scoreboard. The main display features a 4mm LED pitch, stands 27 feet high, and spans 176 feet in circumference—creating a 350-degree viewing canvas with 4,600 square feet and over 44 million pixels. An additional 2.5mm interior display adds 1,823 square feet for lower-bowl audiences, bringing the total LED footprint to 6,461 square feet.
Other enhancements include four corner boards, a hoist-mounted “O-Zone” display measuring 21 by 50 feet, more than 2,400 feet of ribbon boards, and new digital signage throughout ticketing and concourse areas. Altogether, the arena now boasts over 7,100 square feet of new LED displays, totaling approximately 80 million pixels.
Despite the scale of the project, the Kia Center remained fully operational throughout construction, hosting NBA games, concerts, and family events. ANC managed overlapping shifts and carefully coordinated rigging, power, and network infrastructure around the venue’s busy event calendar.
