Who ANC is looking for...

The right candidate will be willing and able to...

  • Assists in planning and development of and tactically executes all B2B marketing campaigns for corporate, division and capability brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
  • Utilizing a deep understanding of driving digital growth, engagement and conversion across channels – email, social, and PPC (SEM, paid social, retargeting) – creates campaigns aligned with defined marketing initiatives and KPIs.
  • Regularly monitors and analyzes digital campaign performance – crafting insights out of data and offering solutions – to continuously optimize marketing programs to increase brand awareness and MQL generation across target markets and audiences.
  • Contributes to the ideation and creation of multi-channel marketing materials – inclusive of copywriting press releases, advertisements, social media posts, and eNewsletter content – ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across campaigns and channels.
  • Updates and maintains website via Content Management System (CMS), ensuring positive user experience (UX) and maximizing SEO.
  • Regularly researches best practices and proposes new solutions for consideration across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Assists with other Marketing Department tasks as needed.



The right candidate has...

  • 2 – 3 years of generalist marketing knowledge, with a focus on digital
  • Applied knowledge of digital channel growth/lead generation tactics and delivery platforms
  • Experience navigating web content management systems (CMS) and email/web HTML
  • Strong B2B copywriting, proofreading, and copyediting skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative across all facets of work and isn’t shy about suggesting new ideas, processes, or platforms
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across all organizational levels
  • An eye for design and tactical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
