What ANC is looking for…

The Project Manager, Installations is the backbone of our ever-growing Projects team. Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management - Fixed Projects, this team member will work closely with valuable clients, essential subcontractors, and internal Estimating and Sales Departments to ensure the efficient and successful completion of high-profile installations.

The right candidate will be willing and able to…

  • Plan, direct, and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
  • Adapt to the unique needs of each project, client or situation.
  • Analyze, assess and recommend viable solutions to complex issues.
  • Realize the importance of clear and timely communication with the client, throughout all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating quotes, reviewing project scope and engineering, and supervising installations while conveying clear expectations throughout all phases of the project.
  • Update key leadership team members with focused well-written reporting.
  • Oversee budget and financial submittals with assistance of Project Coordinators.

The right candidate has

  • Proven project management experience within the Construction or Electrical Contracting industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; an Associate’s degree or certifications in related fields will meet qualifications.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Attention-to-detail with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with all departments, including senior management. 
  • Strong skills with communication, leadership, and decision-making.
  • Experience in providing quality assurance checks, focused reporting and documentation. 
  • Proven skill with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% of time.
